[That sounds too much like thinking and Chishiya just hums, pressing a kiss to Logan's hair.

Every night.

He can barely think it. There had been a short period of dorms and then borderland, sharing space even when he didn't want to.

Or when he wanted quiet.

Chishiya had ignored it, gears turning and plans unfolding like clockwork.

He rubs a foot along Logan's leg, another touch. A point of contact that doesn't make him twitch and Chishiya lets himself sink in to it.

[But he's still smiling, he still kisses Chishiya's cheek before settling down on his shoulder again and humming happily.

None of this involves thinking right now. All he knows is that he loves this, loves Chishiya, and right now he wishes it could last forever.

It's a vast improvement on how things would be going if Chishiya wasn't here.]
